The study guide entitled "Religion" by Polat Kakharov, associate professor of the department of pedagogy and physical culture of SamSU Urgut branch, was published.
The study guide was created on the basis of the Constitution and current laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the changes in religious politics, its place and importance in our society. It discusses the structure and tasks of the science of religion, the emergence of religion, its first forms, state, national and world religions. At the same time, issues such as religious fundamentalism and extremism, their goals and threats, as well as the religious policy conducted in our country are analyzed in detail.
The book is intended for students and teachers of higher educational institutions, as well as for all those interested.
