From November 15 to December 15 of this year, an event was held at the SamDU Urgut branch in connection with the "Fire Safety Month" held in the territory of the Republic.
At the event, Shavkat Berdiyev, the deputy director for educational affairs, Sanjar Eshankulov, the director's advisor responsible for ensuring the stability of the social and spiritual environment among students, the head of the Samarkand Region Emergency Life Safety Training Center Lt. Col. M.Djaniev and responsible employees, professors and teachers and students participated. On the basis of slides, the speakers at the event explained the necessary information such as preventing carbon monoxide poisoning in the autumn-winter season, following fire safety rules, and being careful of stoves and chimneys. Students received answers to their questions from experts. The participants of the event were distributed handouts containing the necessary information to avoid such unfortunate situations.
