On April 23, 2024, doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Service and Tourism - Kuznetsov Igor Anatoliyovich, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Social Work - Kurilovich Nadezhda Vasilievna, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Strategic Economic Development - Sisoyeva Margarita Sergeyevna, Associate Professor of the Department of Strategic Economic Development Sutyagin Vladislav Yuryevich and Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Russian Language Department Sherbak Antonina Semyonovna from the Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin of the Russian Federation visited to the Urgut branch of the Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov. Before the visit, a discussion on mutual cooperation issues was organized with the participation of the guests and officials headed by the branch director, and a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the two parties.
As we reported, the members of the foreign delegation visited the branch departments and got acquainted with the activities of them and established close cooperation between the departments of the two higher educational institutions based on short and long-term internships and mutual exchange programs. They agreed on the establishment of student exchange and other issues.
The members of the delegation introduced Tambov State University, its existing conditions, existing educational programs, directions to branch professors and young researchers in the form of a presentation.
